After leaving the Toyozu Mountain Resort, we've decided to stop at the famous International Doll house located at barangay Cumawas, Bislig City, Surigao del Sur. However, arriving at the resto is not that easy because we have to climb around 270 steps! But it was really worth it.
I am not a fan of dolls and all; but knowing that someone is actually spending millions to collect dolls all-over the world, is really intriguing.
Before entering the hall, we were requested to remove our slippers. The purpose of course, is to minimize the dirt inside the hall. I was really pleased to enter the room since it was fully air-conditioned. It isn't really big and it isn't small, either, I mean the place. It suits perfectly since the dolls are well-organized according to their places.
The first room is really spacious with paintings of places and dolls decorated on the walls and an indoor garden wallpaper. With the right direction and pose, this can be seen as a real life garden. The 3D wallpaper was previously owned by Universal Studios and bought by the owners in an auction.

The tour guide, whom I forgot the name and I'm really sorry, was really enthusiastic and we can all see his pride about the collections which I can say, he should be, because these dolls are not just ordinary dolls, they're from all over the world and some of these has the hair of famous celebrities like Michael Jackson and Marilyn Monroe, nice.
Aside from dolls, they also have vintage car displays, teacups, and motorcycles. And if you are a fan of cars, you can buy one for only Php 50.00 and the proceeds will be used to keep the place clean and cool.

The tour guide was really very friendly and even took photos of us with the dolls. And you can actually stay there for a while if you would love to. He has no problem with it at all.

Ocean Viewpark Restaurant
Right next to the doll house was the Ocean View Park where locals and foreigners stop to dine. The moment that I saw the menu, I realized that the meals really are affordable and everything looks really sumptuous.

It was a large, cozy and well-lighted place perfect for a family bonding or just a simple date with your lovey dovey! It also stands out among the restaurants in Bislig since it is elevated, giving you an overlooking of the city and a lovely ocean view from the deck.

Aside from the very friendly budget meal with its really large servings, you can do other stuffs such as taking pictures with the flowers, unicorn and mini park.

And for snacks, we just ordered a halo-halo, that I never finished because it was too much for me. But I assure you that it is really tasty and yummy!
